BBC Commissions New Shroud Film
BBC 2 has commissioned Performance Films to make a special 1 hour documentary for Easter 2008 - the 20th Anniversary of the carbon dating. BAFTA winning David Rolfe who made the original 1978 film The Silent Witness on the Shroud will produce and direct. Rageh Omaar (above) will present. Jean-Claude Bragard will Executive Produce for the BBC. Executive Producer for Performance Films is Christopher Holder. Worldwide rights are retained by Performance Films Ltd.
